Reusing
Waste is collected here and broken down into its raw materials to make new products. This extends the life of the raw materials, reduces the amount of waste and uses resources efficiently.
Turning old into new
This focuses on the creative reuse of existing materials, creating new value and reducing waste. Upcycled wood, for example from old furniture or wood waste, can be revitalized and reused.
Existing wood resources
This method uses wood from sustainably managed forests or recycles or upcycles wood from other products without cutting down new forests. This conserves wood as a resource and reduces the ecological footprint.
