Extrusion

We use the classic extrusion process to continuously extrude solid to viscous hardenable masses under pressure from a shaping opening.

In the production process used, tube bodies with the cross-section of the opening are produced in theoretically any size. We extrude bio-based raw materials as well as classic plastics (e.g. PP).

The extrusion result is always only as good as the plant technology or the tool with which the tube or profile is produced. Therefore we use extruders of the latest design. These guarantee the smallest tolerances in the outer diameter and this in turn guarantees a perfect surface for later decoration.

We as the manufacturer and you as the customer benefit from these low tolerances through less scrap and save costs.

Our resulting tubes are used as raw parts in the decorative cosmetic industry or are used in the stationery industry.

Our tubes are used to produce first-class lip liners, eyeliners, kajals or writing pencils.

Description of the process:

In our extrusion processes endless strands of chemically foamed plastic granules are produced, which are further processed in several mechanical steps to form the (pen) tubes.
