Pencil tubes for the cosmetics industry

For the cosmetics industry we produce high-quality extruded and injection-moulded, sharpenable pencil tubes from bio-, wood-based and recycled raw materials (e.g. cellulose) as well as from classic plastics (e.g. PP).

Of course, we also manufacture the matching front and end caps.

Our cosmetic pencils are mainly used as eye- and lip liners, kajals, crayons, liquid liners as well as lipbalm sticks and offer perfect definition and contour in the application.

We design our tubes individually shaped and decorated according to customer requirements: with tip, internal drill and finished receptacle for applicator, protector and end cap. We are also happy to take on production in exclusive small series.

Of course we are happy to adapt our pen tubes to special customer requirements, also with regard to material properties.

There are no limits to the imagination when it comes to the design of the cosmetic pencils: Every design, every color and shape is conceivable. Even a 3D-decoration is possible.

The continuous improvement of our material recipes enables, among other things, excellent decorating and sharpening properties.

Slims and jumbos

Especially popular are our pen tubes with the following dimensions:

Size 'SLIM': length: approx. 115 mm, outer diameter: 7.7 mm
Size 'JUMBO': length: approx. 105 mm, outer diameter: 11.7 mm

Our JUMBO tubes are also ideal for lip care products.

We produce 'Slims' and 'Jumbos', according to customer requirements, from the following materials:
