For our customers we produce lipbalm sticks by injection molding

We produce both mineral oil-based and bio-based lipbalm sticks. Our bio-based lipbalm sticks are comparable in type and handling to conventional plastic sticks, but they are considerably more environmentally friendly!

Bio-based lipbalm sticks

Our bio-based lipbalm sticks are similar in look, use and feel to mineral oil based lipbalm sticks.

Both the cap and the mechanism are bio-based.

We produce the caps of our bio-based lipbalm sticks from either PLA-based mono-material or cellulose compund.

The mechanism of our bio-based lipbalm sticks is always made of PLA.
